PE
PE will take place on a Friday. Please ensure your child comes to school in their PE kit. As the weather is colder, children are permitted to wear black tracksuit bottoms and a school jumper/cardigan.
Homework:
Homework is set this half term via our SATs revision books. Please see our weekly timetable below. Spellings are set on a Friday and are expected to be practised ready for a test the following Friday. Children are expected to read at least 3 times a week. We expect children to read to an adult or read in the presence of an adult, and for that adult to sign their reading record for them. Reading records will be checked every Friday and if children have not read 3 times they will be expected to during Friday breaktime. Children should access Times Table Rockstars and Spelling shed often at home and this will be monitored by their class teacher. Please let us know if your child has trouble logging into the website or cannot remember their login details. if children have not accessed TTRS or SS then they will be expected to during Friday breaktime.
Below is the timetable for revision books for Spring 1. The pages below are expected to be completed in each book throughout the week, and then all books are to be brought back in on the Friday to be marked. Homework club will be of a Tuesday lunch time so if pupils would prefer to complete these during school time, please ensure they are brought in of a Tuesday. If there are any problems, please let your child’s class teacher know. Please do not mark these with your child as we will be marking these in school

Equipment:
School have provided your child with all of the stationery necessary to complete their school work. If your child brings in their own pencil case, they will be asked to keep this in their locker and it can be used when the teacher allows, such as in Art.
All children should bring a water bottle in to school. Children are only allowed to drink water in school and can refill their bottle at our drinking water taps in class.
Please ensure all of your child's uniform has their name written on the label in permanent marker so we can avoid any missing uniform.
Thank you
