Hunts Cross Christmas Fair 30th November 2012

 Christmas fair will be held on Friday 30th November from 3.30 pm.

On Friday 16th November we will be holding an own clothes day for children to bring in a donation for the fair.
Could you spare a couple of hours to help sort out the donations? If so please come and see Mrs Hindley.

We are also asking local companies if they could donate a prize for one of our stalls .
Do you work for a firm that you think may help with a donation? We will be adding details of all those companies who support us to our PTA page to say a massive thank you for their donations!

Friends of Hunts Cross is always looking for new helpers to come and share their ideas for fund raising. If you have any ideas for stalls at our fair, or could help in any way either before the fair or on the day then please come and see me. I look forward to meeting lots more parents and carers and having fun whilst raising much needed extra funds for our children!

Do you have a craft hobby, cards, jewellery, etc? We will have a  small number of stalls available for hire if you wish to sell things at the fair. Please see Mrs Hindley for more information.

Remember that all money we raise benefits every child in the school!

Our next meeting is on Thursday 15th November 3.45-4.15 in my classroom 3GH. A creche will be provided.
