PE kits should be kept in school until half term.

Our PE lessons have now changed to a Thursday as our PE this term will be delivered by specialist sports coach Mr Smith!

Could you please ensure your child has a water bottle in class.

Miss Jennings and Miss Alcock are so impressed and really proud of the progress the children have made so far this year. Their hard work and dedication to learning is evident in all areas of the curriculum! We are looking forward to this new term and all the exciting topics ahead.

We had so much fun on our trip to Martin Mere. A big THANK YOU to all of the parent helpers who came along to join in on the fun!

Fun with the wind!

In 1A, during our Science lesson, we spoke about wind energy. We decided to make a wind sock to see the wind energy for ourselves.

Meeting an author!

Today we met a local author named Ian Parry. Ian came in to speak to us about his book 'When Ethan Met Annie Zap'. Before Ian arrived, we thought of many questions that we could ask him. It was very interesting to find out how he came up with the idea for his book and how long it took to write. We can't wait for the next one!

Safer Internet Day!

Today was Safer Internet Day! We took time to speak about the ways to keep ourselves safe online. We created posters to inform others of how to keep themselves safe.

A blast from the past!

We stepped back in time and washed our clothes the way Kitty Wilkinson did all those years ago. It was exhausting!

We Are Learning To Multiply

Kitty Wilkinson

We had a visitor from the past! The children enjoyed asking Kitty Wilkinson questions about her life and how she helped the people of Liverpool.

Immersing ourselves in a story!

1A role playing the story of 'The Stickman'

In our English lessons, we are focussing on 'The Stickman' by Julia Donaldson. To immerse ourselves in the story we collected sticks and made our own stick men. We then used our stick men to role play the significant events in the story so far. It was a lot of fun!
